- Commissioning me means you've read and agreed to my T.O.S. -

I as an artist have right to accept, decline or cancel commission based on how possible they are for me to finish or disrupts my principles in a form of commissioners behaviour, theme of the commission or difficulty.
Every piece I make may be used in my personal portfolio, commission examples and promotion.
Sharing the artwork is fine, please credit me as an artist @Luzreal.When ordering and contacting me, please tell me directly you’re approaching about commissions/ych’s/adopts. I do tend to avoid plain/small talk messages. DM's are always Open.
Describe me what you’ll want, what type of commission, price range, theme, details anything that can tell me about what you’d prefer to see. Make sure images you’ll be sending as attachment are in good quality and don’t have blurred/hidden important parts of info or design, this could prolong duration of the commission process.
If the order will be a gift for third person we can always discuss keeping it private for as long as situation needs, you’re obliged to tell me in advance!! Do not order commissions in the name of/as a gift for - blacklisted people !

You can contact me on any social media of mine or Email ([email protected]), however I cannot guarantee quick responses on these platforms. For quickest communication I recommend Discord (luzreal) or Bluesky as that’s where I mainly appear.Commission order is not based on FCFS “first come first serve.” The order is based of my chosen priority.
Start of the order will be always given.Duration: between a week or 1 month. Depends on current situations as personal events, health conditions or paused order in agreement.
Art changes: You can ask for any form of changes (big and small) whenever in sketching discussion. Changes and add ups will no longer be done in further process.You may DM me whenever about updates directly or you can check my Trello queue.▸ CLICK THIS TO GET TO THE QUEUE ◂

Payment is asked after the sketch is approved for any type of commission, except "Doodle/Sketch,".
My price list can be seen above TOS, prices are settled and won’t be bargained.
In situation where my prices rise and you already have: payment pending/already paid, your order is settled and won’t be extra charged.Accepted currency: (€) Euro or (CZK) Czech crown only.
Payment methods: PayPal, Ko-Fi or Bank transfer (CZK only)

Unpaid commission can be canceled.
Refund is not possible if the commission is in further progress (no longer in sketch state).
