General
Description must be clear and specific.
Oc references keep in quality, doesn't have to be full ref sheet, but every detail must be visible.
Commissioners with bad intentions/impatient will not be accepted
I have the right to decide if the commission will be accepted or declined.
Progress
Keep in mind that the process can take a few days or up to 1-2 months. Time limit depends on life situation, health, order amount or complexity.
Commission process provides showcase in sketch form. You can ask for one, but mostly i'll send them myself when ready.
You can anytime ask how's the results, just don't spam please.
Every process status is provided on trello queue.
Payment
It's prefered to pay first or it's freely open to pay after receiving sketch you agreed with.
You can send the whole payment or by halves, however your situation needs.
Payments are provided in Euro's, USD or CZK
via Ko-Fi, PayPal.
Only Czechs have available bank transfer.

Copyright and usage
Artist holds every right towards completed order/commission.
By artist it can be published and shared on socials, used in portfolios, use own work as examples...
Holder can print their commission and use them freely except for commercial uses.
Commissions and any other arts are not for artificial/AI resources.Credit the user who made your art piece.
Watermark cannot be removed.
Refund/Cancel
Unpaid commission in sketch form can be canceled.
If the commission is paid and is still in sketch form, money can be sent back and the piece will be canceled.
Emergency cancels can be provided only with valid proof.
Refund is not possible if the commission is in deeper progress (lineart, coloring, shading...), it'll be only unfair to throw the free time used in it just like that.
